By downloading, installing, or using File Compressor & Converter ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
File Compressor & Converter is a file processing app for iOS that converts, compresses, resizes, and edits files entirely on your device. All processing is performed locally — no files are uploaded to any server.
The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features:
The App provides limited free functionality (3 conversions per day). No payment is required to use the free tier.
You retain all rights to your files. The App does not claim ownership of any content you process. All files remain on your device and under your control.
You agree not to use the App to process files that violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including copyright and intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in all conversions, we do not guarantee that output files will be free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose. Always keep backup copies of your original files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chandigarh, India.
