Where are my converted files saved?

By default, files are saved to the app's Documents folder, visible in the iOS Files app under "On My iPhone" > "Apuze". You can change the save destination in Settings.

Does the app upload my files?

No. All processing happens entirely on your device. The app makes zero network requests and works fully offline.

Why is the output file larger than the original?

This can happen when converting to a lossless format (like PNG) or when removing a background (PNG with transparency). Use HEIC format for smaller files with transparency support.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings in the app. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores automatically. If not, tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
