Apuze grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Liar's Grid on iOS devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially resell the app.
Use of Liar's Grid is also governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In any conflict between these terms and Apple's, Apple's standard licensed application terms apply to the extent required.
Liar's Grid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs. Game progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if you delete the app, restore your device, or experience iOS data corruption. We are not responsible for lost game progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apuze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of game progress, frustration, or time spent playing.
Liar's Grid does not currently include any in-app purchases or subscriptions. If purchases are added in a future version, the relevant terms will be updated and shown clearly before any transaction.
Liar's Grid does not collect, transmit, or share any user data. Read the full privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.
